Our Refund & Returns process is designed to be as smooth and stress-free as a perfectly executed yoga flow. Read on for all the details.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns for items that are in their original condition with tags intact. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or pet hair. Please try on your items with care to avoid any damage or stains.
Packaging: All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.
Note: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Return an Item:
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at service@ellamovei.com or call us at 623-562-9488 to request a return. Please provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, including all tags and labels. Don’t forget to include your RMA number on the outside of the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Refund Timeframe: Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Note: Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original condition. If an item is returned damaged or with missing tags, a partial refund or no refund may be issued.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help with an exchange! Follow the same steps as outlined above for returns, and simply indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange.
Exchange Timeframe: Exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchange Shipping: We’ll cover the cost of shipping your exchange item(s) back to you.
Note: Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you requested is out of stock, we’ll notify you and process a refund instead.
